Overview

As an Account Executive for Salesforce, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base in India, focusing on generating new business and deepening relationships with existing clients.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships within the Mid Market-Commercial Business segment in India.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate Salesforce products via the Web and in person.
  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support and pre-sales teams.
  • Achieve and overachieve sales quotas.
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to create customer value.
  • Participate in strategic CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software or technology sales.
  • Successful track record managing deals in India.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to create customer value and volume deals.
  • Consistently over-achieved sales quotas in previous roles.
