As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will work at the heart of our go-to-market strategy. Your focus will be on building, automating, and performance-controlling smart email outreach campaigns in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and management.

You will develop automated sequences, optimize workflows, structure data in the CRM, and ensure that sales can work efficiently – data-driven, scalable, and measurable.

In Short

  • Develop and implement smart automated email outreach campaigns (e.g., with Clay, Lusha, Instantly, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Segmentation of ICP target groups, building target lists, data enrichment & trigger-based sequences
  • Structuring and optimizing our outbound playbooks & campaign processes
  • CRM management (we use Pipedrive): processes, data quality, reports, dashboards
  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and founders – hands-on, direct, iterative
  • Performance tracking and ongoing optimization of KPIs (open rates, reply rates, booked demos, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Demand Gen, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • You have set up, automated, and scaled email outreach campaigns
  • You are familiar with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Clay, or Similarweb
  • Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n is a plus.
  • You think structurally, love clean data, and have a good understanding of buyer journeys
  • You have a good feel for text, tone, and campaign logic
  • You are proactive, tech-savvy, and want to measurably improve things
  • Nice to have: experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, account-based segmentation
