Overview

Chainlink Labs is seeking a part-time Total Rewards Analyst Intern to support projects related to benefits, compensation, and long-term incentive operations.

In Short

  • Analyze vendor data for benefits renewal decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in benefits administration.
  • Conduct cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Support employee communication during benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain internal documentation for benefits.
  • Benchmark benefits offerings.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking.
  • Provide support during the compensation cycle.
  • Perform audit checks on LTI data.
  • Assist with user testing for LTI systems.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets.
  • Ability to synthesize information.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts.
  • Experience with data sets and research.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR, economics, finance, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools.
  • Interest in the Web3 or tech/startup space.
