In Short

  • Manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Drive, manage and execute the business and revenue of the sales team.
  • Build a collaborative environment for team growth.
  • Improve processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
  • Prepare forecasts and growth plans.
  • Establish metrics to measure team performance.
  • Align with supporting teams across the organization.
  • Set strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience selling a technical product; open source, DevOps or security experience preferred.
  • 3+ years experience managing high performing software sales teams.
  • Experience with CSP marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance objectives.
  • Experience selling to Fortune500 companies.
  • Existing Enterprise customer relationships across APAC.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
