Overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer at Chainguard, you will design and launch AI-powered tools to enhance the employee experience, focusing on internal enablement and automation.

In Short

Build and iterate on AI-powered internal tools for employee enablement.
Integrate AI into Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and other tools.
Partner with the Culture & Belonging team to identify workflow friction points.
Pilot new products and gather user feedback for improvement.
Ensure ethical and transparent AI usage in tools.
Document builds and create reusable frameworks.
Lead programs within the Culture & Belonging team.

Requirements

3+ years in software engineering or related fields.
Strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Google Apps Script.
Experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Comfort with APIs (Google, Salesforce, Slack).
Product mindset with the ability to scope and prioritize.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.
Passion for building impactful tools.
