Overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer at Heidi, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Models and Implementation Lead to ensure our AI-powered systems run efficiently, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery.

In Short

• Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop internal tools and workflows using modern stacks.
• Ship a knowledge retrieval platform and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain API connections for internal systems.
• Deploy and manage AI services on Google Cloud Platform.
• Act as a technical expert for the Product Engineering team.

Requirements

• Expert communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• A passion for improving work processes.
• Experience with AI and workflow building.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong API development skills, preferably in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with LLM APIs and vector databases.
