Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. This role focuses on building services and solutions to empower non-ML engineers and non-technical Canvanauts to adopt AI capabilities.

In Short

Empower non-ML engineers to adopt AI capabilities.
Expand adoption of AI features across Canva.
Develop AI-powered workflows for all Canvanauts.
Contribute to company-wide AI enablement.
Assist in developing learning materials for AI adoption.
Bring backend expertise to define AI scaling across products.
Work with diverse teams, including engineers and product managers.
Drive creativity and independent problem-solving.
Passion for engineering excellence and systems architecture.
Experience with containerization and automation principles.

Requirements

Willingness to collaborate with various specialties.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
Experience in building scalable tooling in Java.
Exposure to AI feature integration.
Familiarity with platform or enablement teams.
Experience with containerization and GitOps is a plus.
