Overview

As an AWS Enablement Engineer at NN Digital Hub, you will play a key role in standardizing and rationalizing the platform to deliver productized technology efficiently to various business units.

In Short

• Implement and maintain a scalable Golden AMI pipeline using AWS EC2 Image Builder and Ansible.
• Build and enforce a robust patch management lifecycle across multiple OS types.
• Develop reusable Ansible playbooks/roles for configuration and patching.
• Integrate the Golden Image with multiple tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Systems Manager).
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
• Support cross-platform imaging needs for various OS types.
• Provide documentation and operational support to internal teams.
• Work within a hybrid/remote model.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing and managing Golden AMI pipelines.
• Strong expertise in Ansible (playbook writing, role management).
• In-depth understanding of patch management practices.
• Familiarity with AWS Systems Manager and related tools.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of operating system internals.
• Experience working in multi-environment setups.
• Nice to have: experience with HashiCorp Packer and Azure DevOps.
• Nice to have: familiarity with compliance frameworks.
