Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth throughout the whole customer lifecycle by providing technical leadership and guidance to users.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of service delivery or account management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for understanding technical concepts
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency
