Configuration Specialist – Contract Build - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist – Contract Build role is responsible for the accurate and timely configuration and maintenance of provider contract and pricing configurations within Centivo’s core systems.

In Short

• Responsible for configuring and maintaining provider contracts.
• Interpret contract terms and set up fee schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with Network Contracting and Provider Relations team.
• Coordinate with business units and vendors during client implementations.
• Analyze claim impact reports for pricing accuracy.
• Perform unit and end user testing for new configurations.
• Provide technical support and training for team members.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in provider contract configuration or similar role.
• 3 years of experience in health plan claims processing preferred.
• Ability to analyze claims for pricing accuracy.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
