Configuration Specialist - Contract Build - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist – Contract Build role is responsible for the accurate and timely configuration and maintenance of provider contract and pricing configurations within Centivo’s core systems.

In Short

• Read and interpret physician, facility, and ancillary contracts.
• Perform manual pricing based on contract language.
• Configure and maintain provider contracts in database systems.
• Collaborate with Network Management and Provider Relations teams.
• Analyze claims for pricing accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training for team members.
• Conduct unit and end-user testing for new configurations.
• Participate in special projects and define business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple issues under production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in provider contract configuration preferred.
• Ability to analyze claims for pricing accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of coding systems like CPT and ICD-10.
• Experience with health insurance benefit administration.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
