Overview

The Talent and Capability Partner for Leadership Development at Centene is responsible for supporting strategy creation and driving the adoption and execution of talent development programs at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in HR or talent management.
• Experience in change management and project management preferred.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in managing large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of DEI initiatives.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes.
