Overview

As a Care Manager at Centene, you will be responsible for transforming the health of communities by providing personalized care management for members with mental and behavioral health needs.

In Short

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or equivalent behavioral health license.
  • Must reside in Arizona.
  • Experience with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 80% may be required.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans.
  • Experience in patient education and advocacy.
