For our LEAD team (Leadership, Energy, Assessment, Development) in Munich or Hamburg, we are looking for motivated, committed colleagues who enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and contributing to making our national and international clients fit for the future.

In Short

• You promote the establishment and development of our LEAD practice in Germany.
• You drive business development activities forward and leverage your extensive network, recognizing market development potentials and bringing our offerings to the attention of new clients in the DACH region.
• You lead projects for our clients, playing a key role in solving strategic challenges in the areas of change leadership, cultural/behavioral change, learning, and agility.
• You support the further development of our dedicated and continuously growing team in Germany.
• You lead interactive workshops to collaboratively develop ideas and solutions with clients.

Requirements

• You have completed your master's or diploma studies with excellent grades.
• Your several years of consulting experience includes successfully and sustainably leading complex projects in the areas of agility, change, leadership training, or organizational development.
• You are authentic, build trusting relationships, and communicate respectfully at all hierarchical levels.
• You are a true people leader and can lead, coach, and develop a dedicated, passionate team.
• You can communicate convincingly and confidently in both German and English.
