Requirements

You have completed your master's or diploma studies with excellent grades.
Your several years of consulting experience includes successfully and sustainably leading complex projects in the areas of agility, change, leadership training, or organizational development.
You are authentic, build trusting relationships, and communicate respectfully at all hierarchical levels.
You are a true people leader and can lead, coach, and develop a dedicated, passionate team.
You can communicate convincingly and confidently in both German and English.
