Requirements

You have completed your Master's or Diploma studies with excellent grades.
You have several years of consulting experience successfully leading complex projects in the areas of Agility, Change, Leadership Training, or Organizational Development.
You are authentic, build trusting relationships, and communicate respectfully at all hierarchical levels.
You are a true people leader who can lead, coach, and develop a dedicated and passionate team.
You can communicate convincingly and confidently in both German and English.
