Overview

The Senior Business Process Improvement Manager will lead enterprise-wide process improvement activities using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies, aiming to enhance business performance and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of process mapping and design.
• Familiarity with statistical applications and project management software.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
