Process Improvement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives throughout all areas of our Reimbursement operations at Guardant Health.

Requirements

• University degree and typically 8 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a process improvement role within healthcare.
• Experience with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau.
• Understanding of revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
