Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Certification in Change Management.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• 8+ years as a Project Manager in healthcare.
• Experience managing large transformational projects.
• 5+ years leading process improvement projects in healthcare.
• Experience in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• 1+ year facilitating improvements to physician burdens.
