Process Improvement Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across our operations.

In Short

• Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
