Manager, Product Design - Remote

Overview

As the Manager of Product Design, you will lead a team of designers dedicated to delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing product designers.
• Strong background in UX and UI design for digital products.
• Proven collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to navigate complex problem spaces effectively.
• Excellent communication of design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in agile or outcome-driven organizations.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered products.
• Travel for internal meetings may be required.
