Overview

The Director, Sales Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing sales performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization. This role will oversee sales operations, analytics, enablement initiatives, and RFP management to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years in sales operations or related roles.
• Experience managing a team and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building and refining sales processes.
• Proven ability to manage RFP responses.
• Must be Atlanta based, but this role is remote.
