Overview

The Engagement Manager at Cengage Group is responsible for managing relationships with high priority partners, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to contractual obligations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of program management or B2B management experience.
• Exceptional relationship building skills.
• Experience with senior level management engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Located within or surrounding Washington D.C.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of educational technology solutions.
