Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on brand and corporate communications.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite leaders and influence across the organization.
• Skilled in managing teams, agencies, and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and evolve brand strategy.
• Strong experience in media relations and reputation management.
• Experience in international markets and global brand expansion.
• Experience marketing to public safety or federal government clients is an advantage.
