Overview

Cellebrite is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support for software solutions to customers in the Americas region.

In Short

  • Troubleshoot technical issues on Cellebrite solutions.
  • Support customers via Phone, E-mail, and Chat.
  • Handle cases remotely.
  • Communicate directly with customers during troubleshooting.
  • Cooperate with internal teams at Cellebrite.
  • Follow established SLA & KPI.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in AWS, MS Cloud services, and SQL is advantageous.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Workstation/application support.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Networking services and products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations.
