Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on user research experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently.
• Strong storytelling and influencing skills.
• Ability to align research goals with business objectives.
• Experience in study design, recruiting, moderation, and reporting.
• Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving.
