User Researcher - Remote

As our User Researcher, you'll bring your passion for entertainment and connectivity technology to shape exceptional user experiences. You'll excel at uncovering user needs through methodical research, using diverse tools and techniques to generate actionable insights.

In Short

• 3+ years in a client-facing role at an agency
• Strong background in user research and digital design
• Experience driving research initiatives in cross-functional teams
• Track record of working in agile environments and global digital projects
• Expertise in evaluative research methods (usability testing, surveys, tree testing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with entertainment or connectivity technology products is a plus
• Drive user research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Partner with designers, product managers, and developers globally
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops

• Create research deliverables and translate findings into actionable recommendations
