Requirements

• Strong experience in pipeline development and workflow automation.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/GenAI in production workflows.
• Deep understanding of content production processes.
• Strong system thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Work permit in Germany and onsite experience.
• Experience with machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based workflows.
• Passion for building efficient production systems.
