• Lead strategy and execution for Generative AI and ML techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement AI solutions.
• Train and fine-tune foundation models.
• Build and optimize AI workloads using cloud-native technologies.

• Partner with Product Management to define the Gen AI roadmap.
• Coach and mentor a distributed AI engineering team.
• Justify the value of AI solutions through rigorous methodology.
• Create technical documentation for long-term reusability.
• Collaborate with partners to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in developing Gen AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML architecture.
• Strong software engineering skills in ML infrastructure.
• 5+ years in machine learning engineering.
• Proficient in PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and more.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
