In Short

  • Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to understand various user needs.
  • Define research strategy and manage multiple projects across a variety of methodologies.
  • Design and conduct qualitative studies, analyze data, and share insights.
  • Own the research process from ideation to execution.
  • Create and field surveys, analyze responses, and report learnings.
  • Use creativity to determine the best method for each study.
  • Communicate research findings internally in clear ways.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, design, product marketing, and product management.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics or related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional applied research experience.
  • Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with qualitative research methods in user research.
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with quantitative research methods and statistics a plus.
  • Experience in B2B, travel, hospitality a plus.
