In Short

Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to understand various user needs.

Requirements

Minimum BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics or related field.
0-3 years of professional applied research experience.
Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Extensive experience with qualitative research methods in user research.
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with quantitative research methods and statistics a plus.
Experience in B2B, travel, hospitality a plus.
