Program Manager, DCaaS - Remote

Overview

The DCaaS Program Manager is responsible for managing one of the fastest growing business sectors at CDW, focusing on consumption-based solutions and overseeing all aspects of the DCaaS product offering.

In Short

• Owns all aspects of the DCaaS product offering from inception to installation.
• Works with sales teams to develop and organize sales strategies.
• Drives opportunities with account teams and presents value to customers.
• Manages the pipeline of sales segments to ensure goal attainment.
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships with Sales Management.
• Conducts regular updates and communicates with leadership.
• Facilitates customer and team marketing/training events.
• Ensures quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documents outcomes and shares lessons learned.
• Travels up to 30% for meetings and client sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in program management or sales.
• Experience selling as-a-service cloud solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze partner portfolios for collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to adapt quickly to business needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to stay up to date on market trends and technologies.
