Overview

The Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer at CDW is responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers, ensuring operational stability and maintenance of both virtualized and physical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Microsoft support experience, or 7 years of total IT engineering experience.
• Experience with M365, Azure, or Exchange.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a large data center environment is a plus.
• Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
• Customer service focus and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines.
