Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• 3+ years in a sales or customer service role with persuasive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and computer applications.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with healthcare services is preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
