Overview

The Program Management Lead, Offshore Coding Operations conducts quality assurance audits of medical records and ICD-9/10 diagnosis codes, optimizing the effectiveness of the offshore coding team while analyzing performance and creating strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Active professional certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CRC, CPC).
• 5 years’ experience in medical coding operations.
• 3 years’ experience managing offshore coding teams.
• Experience in large healthcare organizations.
• Advanced understanding of coding guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and coding software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
