Requirements

• 10+ years of IT consulting and agile project management experience.
• 5+ years in the federal government space.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Ability to manage contract negotiations with federal stakeholders.
• Experience with human-centered design concepts.
• Familiarity with various contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus).
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proactive in aligning resources with organizational priorities.
