Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real-time workforce operations.
• Strong proficiency in WFM software (NICE, Verint, IEX).
• Experience in performance analytics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Passion for contributing to organizational improvement.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Process or Project Management is a plus.
