Overview

The Senior Workforce Management Professional applies advanced analysis and reporting to develop insights for workforce decision-making, influencing department strategy and meeting staffing objectives.

In Short

• Analyze staffing needs and develop strategic insights.
• Work on moderately complex to complex issues.
• Utilize Workforce Management software (Aspect, NICE, IEX, Genesys).
• Provide analysis for talent and staffing requirements.
• Make decisions on project components without direction.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral formats.
• Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
• Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Workforce Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of call center forecasting experience.
• Experience with Workforce Management software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Back-office forecasting experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Process or Project Management preferred.
