In Short

• Collaborate with the operations team for accurate customer and order information.
• Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
• Review service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP).
• Facilitate communication to support Accounts Receivable reduction.
• Manage commercial operations and project management teams for timely payments.
• Maintain and reduce overdue payments with finance team collaboration.
• Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team.
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• PMP Certified or in process.
• BA or MBA Considered.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management.
• Knowledge of P&C, Transformers, MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, ATS.
• Effective communication skills with multiple vendors.
• Ability to review project contracts, specifications, scope of work, budgets.
