In Short

• Own and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for a core area within Calabrio’s WFM suite.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Drive the product roadmap with input from contact centre workforce analysts and operations leaders.
• Define and track product KPIs related to forecasting accuracy and service level achievement.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver user-centred features.
• Mentor and support junior product managers.
• Champion data-driven, user-centric product management.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI and new technologies.
• Define and manage product pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay on top of WFM industry trends and technology advances.

Requirements

• Strong product management toolkit: product thinking, commercial acumen, user empathy.
• Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Ability to define, track, and act on product KPIs.
• Proven capability to manage the full product lifecycle in a SaaS context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
