• Lead execution for multiple states and lines of business in insurance.
• Manage product strategy for personal lines (auto and homeowners).
• Translate pricing and product concepts into filing-ready documentation.
• Oversee performance tracking and recommend adjustments.
• Coordinate product activities with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior product analysts and team members.
• Communicate market trends and performance data clearly.
• Partner with teams to translate product requirements into features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies and regulatory environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborative experience with actuarial and engineering teams.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
