Overview

A Senior Manager of Product Management is needed to lead product development for complex developer-led platforms at Hazelcast, focusing on high-performance data solutions.

In Short

Lead product development for developer-centric platforms.
Engage with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
Own business model and P&L for Hazelcast products.
Develop strategic roadmaps based on market insights.
Ensure customer-centric product experiences.
Incorporate emerging trends like AI and LLMs.
Partner with engineering for product roadmap delivery.
Drive thought leadership in real-time data platform capabilities.
5+ years of product management experience required.
Knowledge of distributed caching and stream processing technologies.

Requirements

5+ years in product management for enterprise software.
Experience with distributed caching and stream processing.
Familiarity with cloud deployments and AI data workflows.
Hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem.
Mastery of the full product development lifecycle.
Ability to build trust and drive prioritization across teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Data-driven and analytical thinker.
Computer Science degree desired; advanced degree a plus.
