Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EMEA Sales team, responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts.

In Short

  • Achieve/exceed monthly metrics (e.g., qualified meetings/opportunities created)
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts
  • Respond to inbound customer leads and develop these accounts to create opportunities
  • Manage and overcome customer objections
  • Identify business needs for Hazelcast solutions
  • Liaise with Marketing for events
  • Utilize CRM and communication tools (Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Use Internet research tools for prospecting (LinkedIn, Seamless.Ai, Zoominfo)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional sales experience
  • Sales development or related experience in a B2B environment
  • Industry knowledge a plus
  • Proven track record in cold calling and deal qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Line of Business leaders and C-level executives
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • High ethics and integrity
  • Experience in software start-up environments preferred
