Vice President of Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, inspirational Vice President of Engineering to lead our global engineering function, responsible for defining and executing technical strategy, leading the organization, and ensuring the quality, performance, and resilience of our Java open-source based in-memory Real-Time Data Platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in software engineering, with 5+ years at VP/director level.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and real-time data architectures.
• Experience in balancing open-source and enterprise requirements.
• Proven track record in leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong foundation in Java and related technologies.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and continuous delivery.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
