Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building and scaling an engineering organization.
• Deep understanding of technical trade-offs and system architecture.
• Experience in developer infrastructure or protocols.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software.
• High EQ leadership style focused on mentorship and accountability.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity.
• Comfortable overseeing both protocol and consumer app execution.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with secure messaging or open-source protocol development is a plus.
