The Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist integrates clinical programs to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on Specialty prescription medications filled at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy.

• Assess and evaluate member conditions with a focus on medication therapy.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• Active PHARMACIST license from Florida, Texas, Ohio, or Arizona.
• 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Board Certification in relevant specialties.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish.
• Previous experience in a Specialty Pharmacy setting.
