Senior Exploitative Content Specialist - Remote

Overview

This role is critical in supporting the company to deeply understand and mitigate how harmful content manifests on our platform, particularly focusing on the safety of minors.

In Short

• Respond to time-sensitive escalations regarding harmful content.
• Investigate accounts and create reports for NCMEC.
• Identify undetected abuse using internal and external data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies against abuse.
• Evaluate risks in time-critical situations.
• Provide insights on exploitative content to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain internal resources on subject matter expertise.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Work early mornings and occasional weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in investigating crimes against children.
• Minimum 2 years in investigations or content moderation.
• Expertise in global online safety landscapes.
• Experience reporting child safety cases.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
