Discord is focused on making it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games. We are looking for a technical, hands-on, and mission-focused Engineering Manager to lead our Experiences team within the Growth organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Commitment to delivering a delightful user experience.
• Motivated to help team members succeed and grow.
• Technical proficiency and comfort with coding.
