Overview

The Business Systems team at Discord partners with various departments to streamline operations and improve system efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to analyze business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Support and enhance business processes related to O2C, P2P, and R2R functions.
• Manage business system requests in Jira Service Management.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and financial controls.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and system validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• High-level understanding of enterprise business processes.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
