Overview

The RN Market Executive of Clinical Quality will be responsible for driving clinical quality and regulatory metrics by onsite leadership in assigned markets, ensuring compliance and performance across various healthcare branches.

• Drive clinical quality and regulatory metrics.
• Accountable for clinical operations metrics and claims denials.
• Work closely with area operations and branch leaders.
• Conduct survey audits and support locations through the survey process.
• Implement and monitor advanced clinical care programs.
• Engage in coaching and mentoring branch leadership.
• Travel approximately 50% - 75% within assigned markets.
• Must reside within the state of Washington.
• Requires an active RN license in good standing.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in home-based care required.
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical role strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of government regulations and survey activities.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and derive insights.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with OASIS and CMS regulations preferred.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• Strong judgment on workflow and process improvement.
• Experience managing healthcare revenue.
• Willingness to travel for training or meetings as needed.
