The Market Executive of Operations (MEO) will be responsible for overseeing branch operations within a specific market, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies while developing strategies for business growth.

• Monitor branch operations for assigned market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare administration, or business.
• 3 years experience in a Branch Director role.
• 8+ years in multi-site healthcare operations.
• Experience with EMR and/or HIM systems.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and engagement skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Willingness to travel for branch oversight.
