In Short

• Oversee medical and prescription claims processes.
• Manage lifecycle updates to incorporate new payers and data feeds.
• Ensure ingestion and categorization of data files into the data lake.
• Establish robust processes for change notifications.
• Triage production support issues and become a subject matter expert.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders.
• Implement robust data processes in an agile environment.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Utilize data to drive decision-making.
• Contribute to enhancing patient care and health outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience in data operations or reporting.
• Proficiency in cloud-based SQL environments (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Experience with continuous integration & delivery tools.
• Good knowledge of different data file types.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience analyzing data and identifying actionable opportunities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
• Python, Java, Scala, or Groovy experience preferred.
